HiveBridge's team operates as an embedded finance function for dozens of client companies, each running their own stack of tools — QuickBooks, Ramp, Rippling, Mercury, and more. Pulling that data together into trustworthy reporting and analysis was manual, repetitive, and didn't scale with the practice. The Hive is the platform built to fix that: a single place where HiveBridge's operators can ingest client financial data, model it consistently, and deliver reporting their clients can actually act on.
What we built.
- 01
Product Design
Worked closely with HiveBridge's senior operators to map how they actually deliver finance work today, then designed The Hive around those workflows — keeping the experience as direct and uncluttered as the practice itself.
- 02
Data Engineering
Built the ingestion and modeling layer that pulls financial data from each client's stack, normalizes it into a consistent shape, and makes it reliable enough to base reporting on.
- 03
Business Intelligence
Designed the reporting and analytics layer on top of that foundation, so HiveBridge's team can produce client-ready financial reporting and insight without rebuilding it by hand each cycle.
- 04
Core Application
Currently in build, with a slated release in Q4 2026. The core application is being built on a multi-tenant, scalable SaaS architecture — turning the data and BI foundations into a full product surface for HiveBridge's team and their clients.
The BI layer has already added meaningful depth to HiveBridge's client reporting and meaningfully reduced the time required to prepare financial packages.
