Healthcare scheduling and credentialing are usually handled by separate tools, which means providers and admins spend hours reconciling them by hand. Worse, most scheduling software doesn't know which credentials a provider actually has, so bad assignments slip through and surface as audit risk. Zentium's thesis: fuse the two into a single credential-aware system.

Providers, credentials, shifts, and facilities live in one schema — so a scheduling decision can reason about who's qualified for where, in real time, without stitching data across systems.

Web & mobile app experiences
Providers & schedulers have different needs, so we built two distinct app experiences — one for providers, one for schedulers — that are tailored to their workflows.

Credential-aware scheduling engine
The assignment algorithm treats credentials as first-class constraints. You can't accidentally assign a provider who isn't licensed for a given site or role — the system won't let you.

Analytics + provider marketplace
Ops teams get utilization, fill-rate, and compliance dashboards. Providers get a marketplace view of open shifts filtered to what they're actually credentialed for.
