Fortune 100
Senior leadership at a Fortune 100 enterprise needed a shared, production-realistic mental model of AI before committing roadmap and budget. We designed and delivered a four-part series to get them there.
- Client
- Fortune 100
- Sector
- Executive advisory
- Services
- Executive AI advisory
- Workshop design
- Live demos from production work
Most AI "education" aimed at executives is either a vendor pitch or a 200-page report authored by people who've never shipped a model. The ask here was different: leadership wanted to understand enough to make capital allocation and governance decisions without outsourcing the thinking to a consultancy deliverable.
What we built.
- 01
Four sessions, each a concept → demo → build → discussion
Every session anchored around a concept the room needed to own, demonstrated with real examples from production work, followed by a live build and group discussion.
- 02
Mapped to their domain
Exercises and examples drawn from the regulated industry context they actually operate in — so the takeaways transferred directly into their decisions.
- 03
Production-realistic, not hype
Evals, failure modes, cost curves, and compliance trade-offs — the things that matter when the model is actually running — rather than capability demos stripped of context.
Leadership left with a shared vocabulary and a production-grounded mental model of where AI creates leverage, where it doesn't yet, and what it costs to operate at their scale.
